Vantage Hotel Management places special emphasis on a strong and effective
Sales and Marketing Department. Following careful research, strategic
marketing plans are put in place for each property and regularly reviewed.
The key elements of the plan include an overarching brand strategy which
embraces customer experience and interaction with the property’s
presence in digital media, advertising, promotion and public relations;
yield management, database management and Internet selling. The plan is
costed and regularly reviewed.
Where appropriate and in agreement with our owners, VHM will advise on
the suitability of an association with a global brand. We will work with
the hotel owner to select the best-suited brand, negotiate the licence
agreement, implement the standards and maximise the ‘system’
resources.
VHM has established contacts within the Irish Tour Operators Association
and the global conference and incentive market. We will utilise these
contacts to establish a sound customer base for our contracted properties.
