Paul Taaffe

Before starting his own consultancy business two years ago Paul spent twenty-five years as Group Financial Director and Board Member of Fitzpatrick’s Hotels.

The group consisted of three hotels in Ireland and two in the United States. During this time Paul developed invaluable experience and detailed knowledge on maximising hotels profitability.

In addition, he has extensive experience of completing feasibility studies for new projects.
